Alfred L. Mann is from Bradenton, Florida and grew up with 4 brothers and 2 sisters in a military family. Alfred moved to the Orlando/Kissimmee, Florida area at a young age. His greatest childhood memories are enjoying the love of his dear Grandmother Naomi, especially her soul food. Alfred has performed successfully in capacities such as Saucier, Charcuterie, Garde Manager, General Manager, Corporate Executive Chef, Director of Operations, R&D, and Consulting. Mann possesses a solid background in successful, traditional and entrepreneurial ventures including privately owned consulting firms, sales & marketing, restaurants, nightclubs, airports, arenas, concessions, conventions, special events and real estate. He has traveled around the world to enhance his passion for the art & science of culinary preparation, people, fine arts, humanities, food, wine, fashion, music and business. Alfred is very involved in the community through his Alfred L. Mann Foundation organization benefiting families, single parents and at-risk youths, creating positive change, exposing truth, while celebrating culture through cuisine. Alfred firmly believes that “applied knowledge is the key to success in our personal and professional lives.”

Martha von Mering, Communications Manager
Martha von Mering received her voice performance degree from UMASS Amherst along with her Ph.D. in educational leadership. She has worked in the field of special education for over 20 years, currently with Flagler County Schools. Martha is from Medford Massachusetts and currently lives in Ormond Beach Florida. Martha is the Executive Assistant to Mr. Alfred L. Mann heading up the communications for Elite Catering Events & Venture.
Melissa Baker, Nutrition/ Health & Wellness Associate
Melissa Baker met Alfred L. Mann as a one of his clients 2016 during her bodybuilding competitions. She is a Health Educator and progressive spiritual teacher who captivates people who desire to improve their life through wellness and yogic techniques. Her passion is also offered through teaching Hatha and Kundalini yoga, cooking, and workshops. She has a bachelor's degree in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida, participated in Fitness Competitions, and continues her studies of holistic medicine and healing through various trainings. Melissa works directly with Alfred L. Mann to create health & wellness retreats, nutrition analysis, yoga workshops and fitness meal planning.
Shaina Mann
Shaina Nandia Mann has been working with her father since she was 5 assisting with his professional sports, consulting and celebrity chef service. She studied business management, marketing, music and is a orchestra violinist. Shaina is also the Manager for Munchies Live BBQ and heads the company’s marketing.
